1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website gc.auction and to our internal tools, including the video publishing tool “GetCar Autopost”. The data controller is GetCar Sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Janasa 15, 41-500 Chorzów, Poland, NIP 7011127185, KRS 0001016690 (“GetCar”, “we”). Contact for all privacy matters: getcareu@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect on the website

• Contact requests (quiz, calculator, contact forms, chat): name, phone number, and your answers (budget, preferred car, payment method). Used to prepare a car offer and contact you.
• Communication: phone calls with our managers may be recorded and transcribed to ensure service quality and to document the agreed terms; messages you send us via messengers.
• Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and advertising parameters (e.g. UTM tags, Meta click ID). We use cookies and the Meta Pixel / Conversions API to measure our advertising.

Legal bases (GDPR): Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering into a contract at your request; Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in service quality, security and measuring advertising; Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent where required (e.g. marketing cookies).

The same tool can publish GetCar videos to a TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. With your permission we access your basic profile information (avatar, display name) and post videos you choose to publish. We store only the OAuth tokens and the account identifier, do not share them, and delete them within 7 days after you disconnect the account or revoke access in TikTok settings. TikTok's processing is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

5. Recipients and processors

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: hosting (Contabo GmbH, EU), telephony (Zadarma), messaging (Telegram), advertising and analytics (Meta Platforms), and AI processing for call quality and content (Google Gemini API). Data may be transferred outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

Lead and communication data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and then up to 3 years for possible claims, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records for concluded contracts). OAuth tokens are kept only while the integration is connected (see sections 3–4).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to getcareu@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at gc.auction/privacy with the date of the last update.

Korzystając z tej integracji, akceptujesz Warunki korzystania z YouTube; przetwarzanie danych przez Google opisuje Polityka prywatności Google. Przechowujemy wyłącznie tokeny OAuth oraz ID i nazwę kanału, nie udostępniamy ich nikomu. Dostęp można cofnąć w ustawieniach bezpieczeństwa Google — dane usuwamy w ciągu 7 dni (również na prośbę wysłaną na getcareu@gmail.com).

TikTok: analogicznie dla TikTok Login Kit i Content Posting API — przechowujemy tylko tokeny i identyfikator konta, usuwamy je w ciągu 7 dni po odłączeniu.

Twoje prawa: dostęp, sprostowanie, usunięcie, ograniczenie, przenoszenie danych, sprzeciw, cofnięcie zgody; skarga do Prezesa UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). Dane przechowujemy do czasu obsługi zapytania, a następnie do 3 lat w celu ewentualnych roszczeń.

TikTok: аналогично для TikTok Login Kit и Content Posting API — храним только токены и идентификатор аккаунта, удаляем в течение 7 дней после отключения.

Ваши права: доступ, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, перенос данных, возражение, отзыв согласия; жалоба в UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). Данные храним на время обработки заявки и затем до 3 лет для возможных претензий.
