1. Provider

The website gc.auction and the related tools are operated by GetCar Sp. z o.o., ul. Wincentego Janasa 15, 41-500 Chorzów, Poland, NIP 7011127185, KRS 0001016690. Contact: getcareu@gmail.com.

2. Website and car offers

The website presents vehicles available at auctions and dealers in South Korea and Europe, together with estimated turnkey prices. Listings and price calculations are informational and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The final price, scope of services and timeline are agreed individually in a written contract with GetCar.

By submitting a form on the website you ask us to contact you and prepare an offer. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Internal tool “GetCar Autopost”

“GetCar Autopost” is an internal tool available only to authorised GetCar employees. It is used to edit GetCar's own promotional videos and publish them to GetCar's own social media accounts, including YouTube and TikTok.

• The YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's data processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• The TikTok integration uses TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API and is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service.
• Users may publish only content to which GetCar holds the rights and must follow the community guidelines of each platform.
• Access to connected accounts can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings (for Google: security settings) or by disconnecting the account in the tool.

4. Intellectual property

Content on the website (texts, graphics, videos, the GetCar brand) belongs to GetCar or its licensors and may not be copied without our consent. Third-party trademarks (vehicle brands, YouTube, TikTok) belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

We make every effort to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but vehicle availability, auction prices and exchange rates change continuously. GetCar is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of informational content without a signed contract.

6. Complaints and contact

Questions and complaints regarding the website can be sent to getcareu@gmail.com. We respond within 14 days.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers retain all rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Wewnętrzne narzędzie „GetCar Autopost” służy pracownikom GetCar do publikacji własnych filmów firmy w serwisach YouTube (YouTube API Services, Warunki korzystania z YouTube, Polityka prywatności Google) i TikTok. Dostęp można cofnąć w ustawieniach platformy. Prawem właściwym jest prawo polskie. Dane osobowe — zgodnie z Polityką prywatności.
